Ranchwater

Even if tequila isn’t your drink of choice (or if it is), this Martha Stewart inspired ranchwater drink recipe will have you hooked!

Ingredients

  • Lime wedges
  • Flaky sea salt such as Maldon
  • chili lime rimming salt I used Twang-a-Rita
  • 1 bottle silver tequila chilled, 750 ml
  • 48 ounces sparkling water preferably Topo Chico, chilled, 6 cups

Instructions

  • Run a lime wedge around rim of each serving glass; dip in salt and pepper flakes.
  • Fill glasses with ice.
  • Pour 1 1/2 to 2 ounces tequila and 2 slices of jalapeno into shaker and mix well.
  • Top with sparkling water and serve each with a lime wedge.
