Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats (or minute oats)
  • 1 1/3 cup vanilla almond milk (or 1 1/4 cup for minute oats)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons agave or maple syrup (I use agave)
  • 1 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • pinch salt
  • pinch ground cloves

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a mason jar and stir. Store in the fridge overnight if using old fashioned oats, or for 30 minutes in the morning if using minute oats. Be sure to store in the fridge with the lid on.
