Set pot to saute. When it says hot, spray with olive oil spray and throw in beef and cook up adding onion and garlic powder to taste.
Once finished cooking, turn off pot and add pasta. The key to this recipe is breaking up the pasta into 1/3's. I have done it without breaking it up and it doesn't cook as well.
Then add 1 jar of pasta sauce and then fill jar with water and add that.
Close the pot, turn to sealing, and press manual button. You will set it for 10 minutes.
Once done release pressure, open pot, and stir.
Optional: I like to add mozzarella cheese on top after it's done cooking and set the top back on so it can melt the cheese. I also like to mix shredded carrots with zucchini to add on the side. Both are from Trader Joe's!
