Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk I use almond
  • 1 banana ripe or frozen
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 scoop PB fit powder
  • sprinkle chia seeds

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend. Enjoy!
