Pour entire bottle of Rosé wine in a gallon freezer bag and freeze for 12+ hours. Combine sugar and water and heat in micro or on stove until bubbling and sugar dissolves. Add in strawberries, stir, and put in fridge for 12+ hours. Watch Frozen II several times. 12-24 hours later in a blender combine your frozen-ish Rosé, 1/4 cup vodka, and 1/2 cup or more (depending on your level of sweetness that you like) of the strawberry simple syrup. Blend and enjoy.
