Happy Thursday loves!

My littlest guy had his tonsils removed on Tuesday, but he is home from the hospital and we are all doing great.  You would never even know today that he just had surgery thank goodness!

How fun is this top?!  It is definitely a trendy piece, but one of my most favorite ways to dress when going out is to wear a statement top with jeans and heels.  Statement tops are awesome because they stand out making you look super stylish,  yet you didn’t have to try and “put” and outfit together to do it.

The Current/Elliot jeans I am wearing are super low waisted BTW,  so this top really isn’t that cropped.  To show less skin, just wear with a mid rise jean like these that are on the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale ( here and here).
