Hope everyone had a great weekend!  

I have been SO tired of the rain, it feels amazing to have the sun out today! My two youngest were home for spring break last week and there was nothing, I mean nothing to do with the weather we had.  I even took these pictures in the rain!  Now that is dedication!

Anyway, I ran across this adorable peplum top at Banana Republic last week.  I hadn’t been into the new location at Northpark yet and of course I couldn’t just “check” it out without buying half the store.  I wish I had better willpower.  Sometimes I shy away from peplum tops because they can be unflattering but I lucked out with this one!  I also loved these here and here.   Make sure to take advantage today only of Banana Republic’s 40% site wide sale! 

My heels – even though they are major tall, they are comfy and because of the platform very easy to walk in.
