Jumping back to the first picture of this post, if you haven’t tried ZYN22 over at the Shops of Park Lane you are totally missing out!  I never thought I liked spin until I gave this a try.  Basically imagine yourself in a night club… riding a bike.  Fun huh?!  The room is dark, the music is loud, and you are only concentrating on yourself… no competition with the person next to you because you can’t even see them!  Remember how I said tennis was the only thing that could completely take my mind off of everything else?  Well this has the same effect!  It’s awesome, not to mention my legs have never been this sculpted because of it.
