Another cold shoulder top for you today.  Sorry I can’t help myself!  I love this style of blouse this time of year, because it covers a bit more than an off the shoulder top, yet still feels light and is totally “warmer” weather appropriate.  Also, if you are one of those that don’t love off the shoulder tops, this one is perfect for you because you get the bare shoulder effect without ever needing to adjust!
