I’m taking over the blog today and sharing all things bridal because I am getting married this year! My fiancΓ© and I got engaged last August and are planning our wedding this year in Dallas.
Since wedding season is upon us and I am doing tons of shopping and planning for all the upcoming bridal events, Jaime and I put together a little 2023 bridal guide for her followers who are getting married soon too.
First I just had to share this flashback from Jaime and Mark’s wedding in May 2007 in Mexico. How cute are they?! π They’ll be celebrating 16 years married this year.
The first thing I am busy planning is my bridal shower. Give me all the fun white dresses to try out, there are so many different styles and options out there!
This adorable little sweater dress would be perfect for a brunch bridal shower, especially if you’re getting married soon and your shower will be this spring.
You can’t go wrong with a lace dress for your bridal shower. Lace just screams everything bridal. These heels are some of Jaime’s favorites and can be worn again with so many different outfits in the future.
I love this option too. The touch of blue is so pretty and the floral would be perfect for a summer bridal shower on a patio. You could totally wear this again on the honeymoon too!
I am also having a little destination bachelorette trip to Mexico! I cannot wait to celebrate with all my closest friends at the beach. You absolutely have to continue the all-white theme for your bachelorette party or trip too!
This white swimsuit on Jaime is a super flattering option. White swimsuits are fabulous for the pool or beach anyways, so you can definitely wear it again! And a white coverup will go with any color swimwear.
The accessories are just as important as the dress too!
