My kids always devour this every time I make it. Not to mention, it’s easy and straight forward to make. It’s my go-to meal when I’m exhausted from the day and I’m not sure what to cook for that night. I know the kids will love it and you’ll end up knowing this recipe like the back of your hand after making it only a few times.

Chicken & Rice Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • chicken
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 1/2 cups white minute rice
  • Dry minced onions to taste
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350.
  • On the stove simmer the chicken, cream of mushroom soup, 2 soup cans of water, salt, pepper, minced onions for about 5 min.
  • In a casserole dish dump in the 2 1/2 cups of rice.
  • Then pour the mixture from the stove on stop and stir it in.
  • Cover the top with cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 20 min uncovered.
